 Radius Logfile Analysis and Usage Reporting This package generates usage reports of dial-up access facilities, which include a subscriber report on usage for a specified period. ComRad performs the following functions: |
- Usage Report - Generates a usage
report per-account, containing the number of accesses, total amount of
connect time (HH:MM:SS), number of characters sent and received. The time
period of the report can be selected for a specific period or on a preceding
quarter, month, week, or day. The report also can indicate the "to-date"
usage, including any current connection in-use to date.
- Display Current Usage Information On-line
- Generates a usage summary for specified periods (e.g., 'last month',
'this month to date') and presents the results via a web browser.
- Automatic e-mail of Results - Generates
an e-mail containing the recorded usage information. e-mail can be directed
to an e-mail address associated with the account, as well as to an administration
address. Each target address may be optionally selected based on high and
low threshold values assigned to the account. This capability facilitates
billing of accounts with usage above specified thresholds or monitoring
inactive accounts.
